Mustard


so ... yeah ... I've obviously done a fantastic job of keeping a blog.

onto the Mustard!

Proto-Mustard sits in the Fridge. Making Mustard turns out to be ridiculously simple. Combine Mustard Seeds with flavoring liquid or water, and vinegar with a pinch of salt and let sit overnight. Then blend.

Ridiculously. Simple.

This mustard was made with Bell's Amber Ale and Malt Vinegar. Tomorrow we'll know if it's any good
